Can Gen-E replace my existing inverter and lead-acid battery?

Yes. Gen-E is an all-in-one unit designed specifically to replace bulky two-box systems. It integrates the pure sine wave inverter, lithium LiFePO₄ battery, and solar MPPT charger inside one sleek enclosure without external acid fumes or messy cables.

Does Gen-E work with rooftop solar panels?

Yes! Every Gen-E model features a built-in 99% efficient MPPT solar charge controller. Solar input limits range from 400 W on Gen-E 1000 up to 5000 W on Gen-E 8000. Rooftop panels plug directly into the unit without an external charge controller.

Is Gen-E safe for indoor use in living rooms or bedrooms?

Absolutely. Gen-E uses sealed Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) chemistry, which produces zero acid fumes, requires no water top-ups, and has an IP31 indoor enclosure rating. With noise levels below 50 dB, it is quiet enough for bedroom or office placement.

How fast is the power switch-over during grid failure?

The Gen-E 4000 and 8000 switch to battery in just 10 milliseconds, which prevents desktop computers, Wi-Fi routers, televisions, and medical equipment from rebooting. The Gen-E 1000 and 2000 switch in ≤ 20 milliseconds.

What maintenance does Gen-E require?

Zero regular maintenance. Unlike traditional lead-acid batteries, Gen-E uses sealed LiFePO₄ chemistry that requires no water top-ups, produces no acid fumes, and is rated IP31 for clean indoor living spaces.

Who installs and services the Gen-E system?

All installations are handled by certified local Gen-E partners and authorized electrical installers to ensure seamless wiring and optimal solar panel orientation.
